Description

A timeless expression of Italian yacht craftsmanship, this vessel is a rare gem—one of only five Benetti 26D models ever built. Launched in 1973, this gentleman’s yacht encapsulates classic yachting elegance, reimagined for contemporary cruising with thoughtful enhancements and a meticulous refit completed between 2021 and 2022. Powered by twin GM Detroit Diesel engines (overhauled in 2022), it offers reliable performance with low engine hours, new batteries installed in February 2025, and a robust 2,800-nautical-mile range at 10.5 knots. Enhanced with Koopnautic fin stabilizers and an Alfa Laval fuel polisher, this yacht ensures smooth, eco-conscious voyages through the Philippines’ stunning archipelago.

The exterior is a masterpiece of form and function. The aft cockpit, shaded beneath the flybridge deck, is a serene haven for outdoor dining with a circular table and flexible seating. The flybridge features a fixed metal-frame sun awning and a removable bimini aft, paired with recently re-caulked and refinished teak decks that exude traditional yachting charm. Designed by Luca Catino, the interior balances classic elegance with modern functionality. Refitted in 2022 by the owner’s wife, the bright saloon boasts large windows, a dining table for six (extendable to eight), and a cozy lounge with an L-shaped sofa, armchair, pouf, and 65” television. A spacious, well-ventilated galley is equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer unit.

This yacht accommodates up to eight guests in four en-suite cabins: a generous master stateroom with a double bed and three twin-berth guest cabins, each with private bathrooms and televisions. Crew quarters for four are independently accessed, ensuring guest privacy. With multiple Palawan charter history and maintained by a dedicated full-time crew, this privately owned yacht is primed for bespoke adventures.

Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a standard prepayment made prior to the commencement of your yacht charter.

This allowance is commonly required for motor yachts, as fuel consumption and certain operating expenses depend largely on the itinerary and the level of usage requested by guests during the charter.

For this charter, the APA is set at 30% of the total charter fee. The allowance is used to cover all additional expenses at cost that are not included in the charter rate, such as fuel, provisions, port fees, and other operational expenses incurred during the trip that are not included in the agreement.

The APA allows the captain to efficiently manage the yacht’s day-to-day operations without needing to consult guests for each transaction, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted charter experience.

The yacht will begin the charter with full fuel tanks. At the end of the charter, the captain will refill the tanks to the same level, ensuring that guests are charged only for the fuel actually consumed during the charter.

Should the APA balance approach depletion during the charter, guests may be kindly requested to replenish the allowance in order to continue covering operational expenses.

At the end of the charter, the captain will present a detailed statement of accounts, including all receipts. Any unused portion of the APA will be promptly refunded to the client.
