HIGHLIGHTS OF THE JOURNEY

FIND THE PERFECT VESSEL FOR YOUR JOURNEY

This journey showcases the signature itineraries carefully crafted by LXV and Harana Collection. The first and most important step is choosing the perfect vessel to match your travel style and expectations.

Each boat offers a different experience in terms of speed, comfort, amenities, capacity, and luxury level — from traditional Filipino bangkas upgraded with modern comfort, to elegant sailing yachts, spacious catamarans, and luxury motor yachts.

The sea between Coron and El Nido is generally calm and pleasant for non-experienced sea travelers, with only the Linapacan area occasionally becoming slightly rough depending on the wind conditions. Whether you prefer a slow-paced sailing experience, a comfortable cruising catamaran, or the speed and exclusivity of a luxury yacht, we will help you select the ideal boat for your journey.

For larger groups, we can also curate multi-boat expeditions, allowing everyone to travel together while maintaining comfort and privacy.

CURATED ITINERARIES

“All our itineraries are personally designed and curated by Did Novo, founder of LXV and Harana Collection, now based in Coron, Palawan — an archipelago that holds no more secrets for him.”

Each route is thoughtfully crafted to create the perfect balance between cruising, exploration, relaxation, and discovery. Our philosophy is simple: avoid repetitive destinations and create journeys filled with diversity, hidden gems, and unforgettable contrasts.

Cruising time is generally limited to approximately 6 hours per day maximum, often scheduled in the early morning so the rest of the day can be dedicated to island exploration, snorkeling, beach experiences, lagoons, sandbars, and extraordinary landscapes.

Every itinerary is fully customizable and can be adapted to your preferred travel rhythm and interests, whether focused on diving, fishing, freediving, photography, wellness, beach hopping, celebrations, or slow luxury travel. Most expeditions begin in Coron / Busuanga and end in El Nido, although routes may also be reversed or extended depending on your wishes.

LXV and Harana Collection are also developing several exclusive private locations accessible only to our guests, including hidden paradises such as Pusod Lagoon and Harana Hidden Beach — secluded escapes designed to elevate your journey far beyond traditional island hopping experiences.

GASTRONOMY AT SEA

As a French-owned company, cuisine is one of the defining elements of every LXV and Harana Collection expedition. We believe extraordinary destinations deserve equally memorable culinary experiences, perfectly paired with exceptional wines, spirits, and cocktails.

All partner boats feature onboard chefs trained by Mesa de Harana, the culinary hub and restaurant of Harana Collection located in Coron Town. Great importance is placed on the freshness, quality, and presentation of every meal served during your journey.

Before each charter, the Mesa de Harana team personally oversees all provisioning, sourcing the freshest seafood, premium local produce, and carefully selected ingredients. To further elevate the experience, Mesa de Harana also imports selected products directly from Manila and France.

Prior to departure, your dedicated travel coordinator will discuss all dietary preferences, allergies, intolerances, and culinary wishes with you. You will also receive a personalized provisioning and beverage selection, allowing you to pre-order your preferred wines, champagnes, spirits, aperitifs, and specialty products before your cruise begins.

SEAMLESS ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES & PRIVATE TRANSFERS

This expedition typically begins in Coron, Palawan, with arrivals via Busuanga Airport (USU). For international travelers, we generally recommend flying through Clark International Airport (CRK) or Cebu (CEB) for smoother and faster connections to Palawan.

Flights from Manila remain possible, although travelers should note that direct flights between Manila and Busuanga or El Nido may sometimes be limited depending on the season, often requiring additional domestic transfers.

The journey usually concludes at Dipnay Port, located approximately 40 minutes from El Nido Airport (ENI) in Northern Palawan.

This routing — Coron to El Nido — is especially recommended during the Amihan season (November to June), when the winds are generally more favorable and create smoother cruising conditions with the wind at your back. During the Habagat season, the reverse itinerary from El Nido to Coron may be preferred depending on sea conditions.

From the moment you arrive until your final departure, your dedicated LXV guide and land team will personally assist you with all transfers, airport pickups, resort connections, and logistics to ensure a completely seamless experience.

WATER TOYS, CONNECTIVITY & ONBOARD ENTERTAINMENT

All vessels selected and operated by LXV and Harana Collection are equipped with a wide range of water toys and onboard entertainment designed to maximize your experience at sea. Equipment varies depending on each yacht, catamaran, or bangka, so we recommend referring to the individual boat pages for the exact list of amenities.

However, all boats include:

  • Starlink internet connection with speeds generally above 80 Mbps
  • Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards
  • Snorkeling equipment
  • Board games and entertainment essentials

Additional premium equipment can also be rented directly through Harana Collection, including E-foils, underwater scooters, underwater cameras, and content creation equipment.

Whether you wish to disconnect completely or remain connected while cruising through paradise, every journey is designed to combine adventure, comfort, and entertainment.

AUTHENTIC CULTURAL ENCOUNTERS & LOCAL LIFE

While our expeditions primarily focus on exploring remote islands and untouched natural landscapes far from mass tourism, we also believe meaningful travel includes authentic cultural encounters.

Throughout the journey, we may visit remote Tagbanua indigenous communities, isolated fishing villages, and small local schools located far from the traditional tourist routes of Coron and El Nido. These encounters are approached with humility, discretion, and deep respect for local communities and traditions.

As a luxury travel company deeply rooted in the Philippines, our goal is not simply to showcase destinations, but to create genuine connections with the culture and people of Palawan.

For guests wishing to further immerse themselves in Filipino traditions, Mesa de Harana, our restaurant and cultural hub in Coron, can also organize private traditional dance performances and cultural evenings, available within our optional add-on experiences.

In addition, LXV can seamlessly combine your yacht expedition with carefully selected luxury resorts before or after your cruise to create a complete tailor-made Philippine journey.

SNORKELING, WRECK DIVING & MARINE DISCOVERIES

The Philippines is recognized as one of the richest marine ecosystems in the world, and water activities naturally become one of the highlights of every Palawan expedition.

While Palawan is less known for massive pelagic encounters or intensely colorful coral gardens compared to certain other dive destinations, it offers extraordinary underwater diversity, crystal-clear lagoons, dramatic limestone formations, and exceptional snorkeling opportunities.

Throughout the itinerary, guests may encounter sea turtles, blacktip reef sharks, large schools of tropical fish, rays, and countless reef species, with occasional whale sightings depending on the season.

Some of the region’s most beautiful snorkeling areas include Lusong Coral Reef, the reefs surrounding Pusod Lagoon, Smith Beach Reef, and hidden coral gardens throughout Linapacan and Culion.

For scuba diving enthusiasts, Palawan is globally renowned for its extraordinary World War II wreck diving, particularly around Coron Bay, considered among the finest wreck diving destinations in the world.

Additional diving extensions can also be arranged to legendary sites such as Apo Reef, Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park, Barracuda Lake, and Coron’s volcanic lakes.

WILDLIFE, TROPICAL NATURE & RARE ENCOUNTERS

One of the great comforts of traveling in the Philippines is that nature here remains remarkably safe for visitors. There are no large dangerous predators, virtually no harmful spiders, extremely few snakes, and dangerous marine encounters remain exceptionally rare.

During your expedition, you may encounter sea turtles and seasonal nesting sites, giant monitor lizards reaching up to 2 meters in length, monkeys, hornbills, kingfishers, eagles, and the rare endemic Tabon bird. You may also see the iconic Filipino carabaos peacefully wandering near remote villages and rice fields.

For guests seeking even more exceptional wildlife experiences, we can also arrange pre- or post-cruise excursions to swim with the highly protected dugongs of Northern Coron.

Palawan remains one of the last truly preserved natural frontiers in Southeast Asia, where wildlife encounters still feel authentic and untouched.

YOUR FILIPINO CREW & PERSONALIZED SERVICE

Every vessel is operated by experienced Filipino crews carefully selected for their professionalism, hospitality, local knowledge, and safety standards. At least one crew member on every trip speaks fluent English, ensuring smooth communication throughout your journey.

Captains and crews possess extensive knowledge of the islands, weather patterns, anchorages, and sea conditions, allowing itineraries to be safely adapted whenever necessary. Throughout the expedition, all boats remain in permanent contact with the LXV land operations team.

Filipino hospitality is legendary, and the warmth, kindness, and smiles of the crew consistently become one of the highlights most praised by our guests. Discreet yet attentive, professional yet genuinely caring, they create the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that defines every LXV expedition.

Additional specialized crew members can also be arranged upon request, including babysitters, videographers, drone operators, massage therapists, and wellness practitioners.

SEA-TO-TABLE FISHING EXPERIENCES

Few experiences compare to enjoying fish freshly caught directly from the waters surrounding your yacht.

All our vessels are equipped with fishing gear, and both guests and crew regularly fish during the crossings between islands. Depending on the season and conditions, common catches may include tuna, barracuda, tanigue (Spanish mackerel), trevallies, and various reef fish.

The catch of the day is often prepared immediately onboard by the chef — grilled over charcoal BBQ and served moments later at your table. This is sea-to-table dining at its purest form.

Most crew members are experienced local fishermen and are always happy to share techniques, advice, and local knowledge about the best fishing spots and methods.

For experienced guests, spearfishing activities may also be organized in permitted areas and according to local environmental regulations.

YOUR PRIVATE TRAVEL DESIGNER

From your very first inquiry until the end of your expedition, a dedicated LXV travel designer will personally assist you in crafting a fully bespoke journey through Palawan.

Our mission goes far beyond organizing a yacht cruise — we curate seamless luxury experiences entirely tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and pace of travel. From vessel selection and route planning to private experiences, diving activities, celebrations, gourmet requests, and logistics, every detail is carefully designed to create an unforgettable journey across the most spectacular islands of the Philippines.
